We work on a wide array of projects, ranging from electronic and medical devices, sport optics and luxury products, encompassing a multitude of protection needs and brand communication requirements/features.

Our senior level design team has extensive work experience across many different sectors and environments and is always looking forward to a new challenge.

We work collaboratively with our clients and involved partners, to make sure we design and produce the right solution for your brand, business and end-users.

During our development process, we hold multiple workshops, meetings and regular call updates to make sure the solutions are in line with your vision and requirements at all times.

Our structure allows us to entertain both small and large manufacturing volumes. These range from a single unit prototype through to short runs of a couple hundred units as well as extremely large production runs.

Production runs normally range from 1’000 units to continuous manufacture into the millions.

In the first workshop one of our main objectives is to establish correct design, manufacturing and logistics pathways for your product requirements and volumes.

Our design team are used to working against tight deadlines to ensure a successful product launch within expected/desired timeframes.

At the first workshop we collaboratively establish a realistic timeframe resulting in a gant-chart and process flow to record and evaluate progress.

Our quickest project, from initial workshop to delivery at the client’s warehouse was only 2 months. This involved quick decision making from the client and synchronized, parallel service delivery from design, manufacturing and logistic teams.

Prototyping lead-times are generally 2-4 weeks, sometimes longer if specific tooling is required. 

Mass production lead-times vary according to requirements due to them often being tooling, customization requirement, fabric / material specification & capacity (time of year) led.

On average we would expect a first production run of a 1,000 units upwards to take somewhere between 8 to 12 weeks. 

As with our design process, our customer service and manufacturing project management teams make sure you are regularly updated on progress so you can have complete peace of mind regarding final product delivery.
